My stay at Pines View Hotel was a mixed bag. The hotel had its charm, with a good location and a relaxing atmosphere, but it also faced various issues. The uncomfortable bed and some outdated facilities were disappointing, though the breakfast was a pleasant surprise.
The deluxe room was spacious and received good natural light, but the bed was hard and lumpy. I also noticed the towels were old and stained.
The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help whenever needed. I appreciate their effort to provide an emergency light during the brief power outage.
Pines View Hotel is in a great location that's quite relaxing. It had a nice ambiance, making my stay enjoyable despite a few drawbacks.
Breakfast was simple but delicious. I really enjoyed the American and Filipino options, even better than what I had at other local restaurants.
While the hotel is well-maintained on the outside, some facilities like the mini refrigerator showed signs of age and the bed quality needs improvement.

My stay at Pines View Hotel had its ups and downs. The spacious room had a lovely mini terrace, but the bed was uncomfortably hard. Breakfast was delicious, certainly a highlight for my mornings. However, the room showed signs of neglect with dusty corners and stained towels.
The room was spacious with a mini terrace, but it lacked AC and had an uncomfortable, hard bed. I also noticed dust behind the TV and some mold in the shower. The mini refrigerator was old but functional.
The service was friendly and attentive. The receptionist truly stood out with their professionalism and sensitivity, exceeding my expectations. They even offered an emergency light when the generator was needed.
I really enjoyed how quiet and peaceful the area was, making it a great place for relaxation. Plus, it had good natural lighting coming into the room, which added to the atmosphere.
Breakfast was simple yet delicious, especially the American and Filipino options. I even found lunch at the restaurant to be better, which was a nice surprise.
While the hotel looked well-maintained from outside, the facilities inside had some issues like no cable due to electricity problems during my stay. Despite this, I appreciated the fast WiFi and the mini refrigerator in my room.

I had a mixed experience at Pines View Hotel. While the spacious room and the amazing view made my stay enjoyable, I couldn't overlook the room's cleanliness and maintenance issues. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, but the bed left much to be desired.
The room was spacious and had a mini terrace, but it definitely needed better housekeeping. The TV had a snowy reception, and there was quite a bit of dust around. The strong hot water pressure was a nice touch, but I was disappointed by moldy parts in the shower door rail.
The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and attentive, which really enhanced my experience. I appreciated their professionalism and helpfulness throughout my stay.
The hotel's location was quite convenient, providing a relaxing atmosphere away from the city hustle. I loved how quiet it was, allowing for some much-needed rest.
Breakfast was simple yet delicious. I really enjoyed the American and Filipino options more than expected. The lunch I had at their restaurant was even better, showcasing that the dining here has potential.
I noticed that the hotel is old but well-maintained in some areas. However, it lacked proper cleaning in the room I was in, with stained towels and unclean surfaces. Parking space was sufficient though.

I had a mixed experience at Pines View Hotel. The room was spacious with a mini terrace, but the bed was uncomfortably lumpy. On the upside, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive.
The room was quite large but lacked basic cleanliness and maintenance. There were some issues like a dusty TV, an old refrigerator, and dark mold in the shower. Plus, the bed was really uncomfortable, which was a downside.
The front desk staff were amazing and very professional. They were attentive and even provided us with an emergency light when the generator was shut down. I had a lovely interaction with the receptionist, who was both sensitive and intelligent.
The hotel is in a great location, making it convenient to explore Baguio City. There was also enough parking space available, which was a plus for me.
Breakfast was simple yet incredibly tasty. I especially enjoyed the American and Filipino options, which were even better than meals I had at Canto Restaurant.
While the hotel looked clean on the outside, there were some facilities, like the mini refrigerator and the industrial fan, that needed attention. Additionally, there was no air conditioning which made it less comfortable during my stay.

I found the Pines View Hotel to be a well-maintained, older hotel offering spacious and clean rooms that had great natural lighting, even if some older amenities needed attention. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, which I appreciated. However, I did encounter issues with some furnishings, like old towels and uncomfortable beds that detracted from my experience. Breakfast was decent, yet the hotel could improve in housekeeping and updating some of its facilities.
My room was spacious and had a mini terrace, but I noticed dusty corners and some mold in the shower. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, which was disappointing.
The staff was friendly and attentive, but there were some noisy moments during my stay, especially when staff were cleaning or guests were passing by.
The hotel offers a relaxing atmosphere and a convenient location that allows for leisurely strolls around the city.
Breakfast was simple yet delicious, though I found the overall dining experience a bit inconsistent with better options for lunch.
The hotel has some nice features like a mini refrigerator and fast wifi, but the lack of air conditioning and outdated amenities were a drawback.
